After Message Playback:
Press 6 to copy a message, and then enter the extension of the person you wish to transfer the message to.
To add an introduction to the message Press 1. You will hear the person's voice mail greeting. When you hear the beep, record your introduction. Upon concluding that recording the system will state that the message has been copied.
To copy the message without an introduction Press 6.
After either option, you will be sent to the normal call management prompts and given the options to save, delete, or mark as read - your copy of the message that you received.
